Make a high-protein breakfast dish in under 5 minutes! From a website for graduate students trying to survive on very little money, this is a recipe for peanut butter danish with only three ingredients. The recipe appeals to my minimalist side, because after cooking the dough is supposed to become both the sweet bread-like danish AND the creamy filling. This is my first attempt at cooking like this, so watch the video and see how it turns out.

1/3 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar or honey

Put peanutbutter in small bowl and microwave 10 seconds to warm it up. Beat in the egg and sweetener with a fork. When it looks like dough, scrape into a blob with rubber spatula. Microwave for 1.5 minutes or 90 seconds.
